Little Foodies

This class is all about helping your little one learn to love eating a wide variety of healthy foods 😀 We’re talking about toddlers and cultivating and enjoyment of tastes and flavors here – check the class on starting solids if you’re interested in getting babies going 😀

Teaching Toddlers to Enjoy a Variety of Foods

This is the core lesson in this class series – how to help children get used to the idea of variety, and even get excited about it 🙂 It may take a little time (I can’t promise to fix picky eaters overnight) – but you can really help your child learn to enjoy variety, and maybe help yourself a little, too!

How Many Mealtimes in a Day?

The common perception today is that young children need to eat a lot – “graze” throughout the day. And, in fact, adults often do too. But is that really needed? We talk about how many times kids really need to eat (and how it impacts family meals) in this lesson.
