The Roots of Anxiety

Sometimes we can handle anxiety when we realize what it’s rooted in. The modern world gives us the perception that life can be made “risk free” – which causes a lot of anxiety! It puts a lot of pressure on parents to do everything “right” and may actually end up holding our children back from beneficial experiences. I talk about those anxiety roots and how to gain a balanced perspective in the first session:
